§ 7.17.106. Failure to obtain license.

An operator's failure to appropriately secure and maintain a county ambulette operator's business license or any other business license required by this chapter, may result in the penalties or fines defined in Chapter 7.04 of this title. In addition, the county may immediately suspend or terminate all county contracts with any such operator, if applicable.
