§ 7.16.090. Ambulance operator—Service requirements.

  • Every ambulance operator, except an ambulance operator providing special events services only, shall provide emergency ambulance service on a continuous 24-hour-per-day basis, and shall immediately advise the department of health services, the sheriff, and the Los Angeles County fire department, and, if applicable, the ambulance operator's local city communication center, of any disruption in the availability of such service and the reasons therefor.
