§ 7.16.085. Ambulance operator—Access to books and records.

Every ambulance operator licensee shall provide the director of the department of health services or his designee with reasonable access to the operator's books and records including, but not limited to financial, dispatch, and personnel records, for the purpose of determining whether the operator is in compliance with this chapter and whether the operator's personnel are in compliance with state law and regulations.
