§ 7.16.060. Ambulance operator—Hearing required.

A license required of an ambulance operator shall not be granted until the department of health services or other agency designated by the director of that department holds a public hearing, notice of the time and place of which shall be given to the applicant as provided in Section 7.10.100 of this title. Notice of the time and place of the public hearing shall be sent to all licensed ambulance operators.
