§ 7.10.280. Ignoring subpoena or refusing to swear or answer deemed misdemeanor.

It shall be a misdemeanor to wilfully ignore a subpoena or subpoena duces tecum issued pursuant to this title, or for any person present at any hearing in obedience to a subpoena or otherwise to wilfully refuse to be sworn or wilfully refuse to answer any material or proper question directed to him, except where such testimony is otherwise privileged.
