§ 7.10.070. Request for hearing by commission—Procedure generally.

Any person who is dissatisfied with the recommendation of the referee, at any time prior to action thereon by the business license commission, may file with the business license commission a request in writing that his application be heard by the business license commission as a whole at its next regular meeting.
