§ 7.10.030. Referee—Compensation.

  • If the business license commission appoints a county officer or county employee to act as referee, all time spent as a referee shall be considered as time spent by such officer or employee at performing the duties of his position. His compensation for performing both the duties of his position and as referee shall be at the rate of compensation provided for by Ordinance 6222, entitled "the salary ordinance of the county of Los Angeles," adopted May 28, 1953, and set out at Title 6 of this code.
