§ 7.08.260. Revocation or suspension—Return of license or plates.

Whenever a license is suspended or revoked, either the tax collector or the sheriff shall take into his possession any license, license plates or similar evidence of a license which has been suspended or revoked. The holder thereof shall surrender the same upon request. The sheriff shall deliver any license, license plates or similar evidence of a license received by him to the tax collector.
