§ 7.08.160. Revocation or suspension—Additional grounds.

In addition to the grounds stated in Sections 7.08.140 and 7.08.150, after a hearing as provided in Chapter 7.10, the commission may suspend or revoke a license if it finds that any licensee, his agent or employee, general manager, or person who is exercising managerial authority of or on behalf of the licensee has violated any condition or restriction of the license.
