§ 7.04.260. Refunds.

  • If an application for a license is withdrawn before it has been completely processed by the tax collector and, pending action upon such application, the applicant has not engaged in the business or activity for which the license is required, either pursuant to Section 7.06.060 or in violation of the provisions of this title, the tax collector shall refund to the applicant 50 percent of the license fee (excluding penalties). No refunds shall be granted when the application has been completely processed or denied.
