§ 7.02.210. Industrial waste.

  • "Industrial waste" means any liquid, semiliquid or solid wastes from industrial or manufacturing operations or processes, which are collected or transported by truck from the premises where they originate to another location for disposal. Salvaged materials, such as scrap metal being hauled to a foundry for reprocessing, waste paper being hauled to a paper mill for reuse, waste oil being hauled to an oil reclamation plant, or market refuse being hauled to a ranch or dairy, shall not be considered as industrial waste.
