§ 5.72.070. Uniforms—Custodians.

  • Persons employed in custodian and window-washing positions shall be entitled to have issued to them uniforms consisting of shirts and slacks. Such uniforms shall be rented or purchased by the county, and shall be laundered at no expense to the employee. Such uniforms shall be returned to the department upon completion of active duty for the county, and at such times as may be required by the department head.
