§ 5.52.170. Financing.

A.

The necessary funds shall be allocated on the basis of departmental plans which have been approved by the department head.

B.

The department head shall approve claims for payment upon determination that the approved training has been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the conditions of the tuition reimbursement program.
