§ 5.52.070. Eligibility—Employees holding permanent positions.

A.

An employee of the county, or of a public entity, who has been appointed to a permanent position, is eligible, within the limitation of his department's program.

B.

Notwithstanding paragraph A of this section, employees holding the position of Library Aid, Library Page, or Student Professional Worker who are employed by the County Public Library on a part-time basis are eligible within the limitations established by the Public Library's program.
