    The school or college must be accredited and the course must meet the academic requirements of the department's training plan, as well as the employee's training objectives.

    B.

    Where equivalent courses are offered at more than one school, consideration may be given to the quality of instruction as well as to the cost of tuition.

    C.

    Courses costing $5.00 or less per employee per course will not be eligible for reimbursement.
