§ 5.50.030. P.O.S.T. inquiries.

Pursuant to Penal Code Section 13512, the Commission and its representatives may make such inquiries as deemed appropriate by the Commission to ascertain that the public safety dispatcher personnel of the sheriff's department, the marshal's department and the district attorney's office adhere to standards for selection and training established by the Commission on P.O.S.T.
