§ 22.02. Basis for certification.

In making the certification required in Rule 22.01, the director of personnel may rely on the reports submitted by the respective appointing powers, and may rely on the absence of a more recent report as showing that there has been no change in conditions since the submission of the last report on file with the director of personnel.
