§ 4.90.090. Hearing—Protests.

  • On September 11, 1986, the board of supervisors conducted a public hearing upon the establishment of the benefit assessment levied by this chapter. The written protests filed with the clerk of the board of supervisors prior to the public hearing on the matter by those who will be obligated to pay the benefit assessment represent less than five percent of the total amount of expected revenue from the assessment.
