§ 3.70.030. Officers.

A.

The committee may prepare and adopt rules and regulations for the internal government of its business and designate the time and place of holding its meetings, provided that such rules and regulations are not inconsistent with this chapter or any other ordinance or statute.

B.

The committee shall elect a chairman, vice-chairman and secretary from the members thereof, each of whom shall serve for one year, and thereafter until his successor is elected.
