All members of the commission shall serve at the pleasure of the board. At the first
regular meeting of the commission after January 1, 2010, the members shall so classify
themselves by lot that the term of seven (7) members will expire on January 1, 2011,
the term of eight (8) members shall expire on January 1, 2012, and the term of eight
(8) members shall expire January 1, 2013. Thereafter, each member of the commission
shall serve for a term of three (3) years.
