§ 3.100.060. Vacant positions—Exercise of powers and duties.

  • Except where otherwise specifically provided in this code, each member of any board, commission, body or group shall be entitled to exercise the powers and duties of the position until a successor is appointed. If a vacancy occurs during a prescribed period of service, the appointee to such vacancy shall exercise such powers and duties for the remainder of the period of service and until a successor is appointed.
