§ 3.100.060. Vacant positions—Exercise of powers and duties.

Except where otherwise specifically provided in this code, each member of any board, commission, body or group shall be entitled to exercise the powers and duties of the position until a successor is appointed. If a vacancy occurs during a prescribed period of service, the appointee to such vacancy shall exercise such powers and duties for the remainder of the period of service and until a successor is appointed.
