§ 3.100.010. Appointing authority.

All members of boards, commissions, bodies or groups created by this code or by order of the board of supervisors, which shall be referred to in this chapter as the "board," shall be appointed to vacant positions by, and serve at the pleasure of, the board unless otherwise specifically provided in an ordinance adopted by the board which becomes effective after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter.
