§ 326.14. Roadway Clearance.

Clearance of brush or vegetative growth from roadways shall be in accordance with Section 325.10 of this code.

2.

If the fire code official determines in any specific case that difficult terrain, danger of erosion, or other unusual circumstances make strict compliance with the provisions of this code undesirable or impractical, the fire code official may suspend enforcement thereof and require reasonable alternative measures.
