§ 2.39.020. Departmental duties and responsibilities.

The child support services department shall perform such duties and responsibilities as are required and authorized by Section 17000 et seq. of the Family Code, other applicable provisions of state law, and such other duties and responsibilities as are directed by the board of supervisors.
