§ 6503. GROUND SIGNS

Ground signs of wood shall have all members which extend into the ground protected with an approved preservative.

Approved plastic as defined in Chapter 26 may be used for surface of signs exceeding 55 feet (16 764 mm) in height providing the sign is constructed of noncombustible materials.
