§ 103.4.1. General.

The Building Official may record a notice with the County Recorder's Office that a property, building, or structure, or any part thereof, is in violation of any provision of this Code provided that the provisions of this Section are complied with. The remedy provided by this Section is cumulative to any other enforcement actions permitted by this Code.
