§ 21.40.160. Advisory agency determination authority.

The advisory agency is authorized to approve, conditionally approve, or disapprove tentative maps, and to exercise the responsibilities of the board of supervisors under the provisions of Sections 66473.5, 66474, 66474.1 and 66474.6 of the Subdivision Map Act.
