§ 20.80.050. Hazard, pollution or nuisance conditions—Order to cease and desist or cleanup authorized when.

Whenever an enforcement agency finds that any person is operating a solid-waste facility or proposes to operate such a facility which causes or threatens to cause a condition of hazard, pollution or nuisance, constituting an emergency requiring immediate action to protect the public health, welfare or safety, the enforcement agency may issue a cease and desist or cleanup order under this section.
