§ 20.36.500. Permit—Plans required with application when.

A.
The county engineer may require that an application for a permit to dispose of industrial
waste shall be accompanied by suitable plans showing the proposed method of collection,
treatment and disposal, and a permit shall not be issued until said plans or required
modification thereof have been checked and approved by the county engineer.
B.
The county engineer may submit the application or plans, or both, to any public agency
for comment or recommendation.
