As used in this Part 3, "Surfriders' Beach" refers to the Surfriders Beach State Park,
as shown on County Surveyor's Map No. B-2683, on file in the office of the engineer
of the county of Los Angeles, and as described in a deed to the state of California
recorded in Book D 254, page 929 of Official Records, in the office of the recorder
of the county, and as described in a Final Order of Condemnation in favor of the state
of California, a certified copy of which is recorded in Book D 38, page 424 of said
Official Records.
