§ 17.12.490. Measurement of distances from shore.

In Sections 17.12.450, 17.12.470 and 17.12.480, and whenever elsewhere a distance from shore is specified, it shall mean the distance measured at right angles to the tangent of the actual line between the water and the unsubmerged beach as it exists at the time of measurement.
