§ 17.12.180. Exceptions to Part 3 regulations.

The provisions of this Part 3 are not applicable to acts performed:

A.

In an emergency, for the purpose of protecting life or property.

B.

By duly-authorized County employees or County contractors, for the purpose of performing their duties.

C.

When specific permission to carry out such act or acts has been given by the Director, Fire Chief, an ocean lifeguard, or a code enforcement officer.
