§ 16.40.030. Facilities maintained under terms of new franchises.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, all facilities maintained by the grantee in highways under the terms of such superseded or partially superseded franchises, to the extent that such superseded or partially superseded franchises apply to the unincorporated territory of the county, upon the effective date of the ordinance granting the new franchise, shall be maintained under and pursuant to the terms of such new franchise.
